Drowned By Dawn

Outrageous flower
you pass by all hours
my soul that floats
away please devour.

When you left I fell
down a hole so low
and since then my mind
slowly started erode.

Vicious arrangement
sitting upon a table
twists to die no life
left I will tell our fable.

My life is bled dry lit
is my drug of choice
that stains all ears hear
the pain in my voice.

The tale is too common,
I me too I admit same
is this vessel my body
is intact but I’m not sane.

Deep beneath a facade
I die daily of my frailty
to the forces that I fight
that I drowned lately.

I feel warm from wine
that allows me to find
specific visions I put to
bed dead in my mind.
