My All

Touch me near and bury
all that gives you worry.
My eyes have waned in
glory and they are blurry.

I am a dram of posion I
am misunderstood repeat
a disingenuous platitude;
knock me off of my feet.

Callous was my skin torn,
after years of you worn
down upon I dream a song
until some life is born.

Sly and quick to the draw
is some of what I saw.
I need a touch of love so
my heart turns not raw.

Obey but be sure you star,
above burning so very far,
I hope you return to me to
be a person I hope you are.

I miss you feel a bellow fall
to the phantoms yours I call
my own prison is old decay
so come and have me all.
