Treacherous

on

Here I am far from coasts
tranquil sea has fled away.
Eyes peer they struggle too
much has weighed down
collapsing lungs fatigue so
to be dead asleep I’m now.
Notions from whispers they
kiss gently sew a lip tight
for treachery hides night
calm deceives my sight.

Hatch your plot pour in
my drink I think on brink
I do sink and long for a
sound not heard thinks.
The venom of treachery
of an asp so coy to please
pleases me see my disease
upon a kiss release me.

Notions from whispers they
kiss gently sew a lip tight.
I shall wish it real appeal in
a comfort I find the light.
The lies I can recall relay
to all who know you untrue
have severed you well but
they serve me now too.
